Two famous Samohi music graduates - Dr. Ed Harris, Director of the School of Music and Dance, San Jose State University and Maestro Edwin Outwater, Artistic Director of the Eastern Sierra Symphony, Music Director Laureate of the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony in Ontario, Canada and Music Director of the San Francisco Symphony Summer Concerts.
2017 Teen Choice Awards
Musical trio Clean Bandit is set to perform “Rockabye,” which received a Teen Choice Award nomination. The EDM band will also perform "Symphony" with pop star Zara Larsson, and they’ll be backed by violinists who are members of the Santa Monica High School Orchestras.
